SEZIONE 20 – RESO E RIMBORSI
In caso di merce non conforme all’ordine, il Cliente potrà restituire i prodotti acquistati entro il termine di 14 giorni dal ricevimento nelle modalità specificate di seguito.
Come effettuare il reso? 
1. inviare una mail all’ indirizzo info@oliocopape.it indicando i motivi del reso, possibilmente allegando documentazione fotografica.
2. attendere una mail di risposta da parte di COPAPE SCA per accordi sul ritiro (entro 24h).
Il Cliente può esercitare il diritto di recesso inviando una mail ad info@oliocopape.it. Il reso sarà effettuato con il ritiro a domicilio: un nostro corriere passerà a ritirare il reso all’indirizzo e nella data concordati. In ogni caso, il Cliente dovrà rendere gli articoli integri, non utilizzati, con il loro imballaggio originale.
– Sostituzione:
Entro 14 giorni dal giorno del ricevimento della merce da parte di COPAPE SCA ed una rapida verifica del prodotto, al Cliente verrà rispedito il prodotto corretto; qualora non disponibile, si procederà al rimborso.
– Rimborso:
In caso di merce non conforme all’ordine, l’Oleificio COPAPE SCA rimborserà il Cliente dell’intera somma versata (comprese spese di spedizione) entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento
dei prodotti resi. Qualora le modalità sopraindicate per il reso della merce non fossero rispettate, COPAPE SCA si riserva di non accettare il reso stesso e di non effettuare il rimborso.
